What happen if OTP is not received?

If you have not received the OTP code within 1 minute please resend the OTP code until you receive it. If you still have not received the OTP code, please contact the IKI Toko Helpdesk via Whatsapp at +886 928699963 or through line ID @ikitaiwan to get help.

I forgot my password

1) Select ‘Forgot Password’ on the initial login page

2) Enter the ARC number registered in the IKI Store

3) Enter the OTP code

4) Enter your ‘New Password ‘ in the available fields

5) Confirm your ‘New Password ‘ in the available fields

6) Click ‘Confirm Password’

7) Congratulations, your password has been changed. Please keep your Password confidential

Why can’t I transfer?

Limit transfer rules using IKI Toko:

  1. A minimum of IDR25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand rupiah) and,
  2. A maximum of TWD20,000 (twenty thousand Taiwan dollars) in one transaction.

Please fill in the appropriate amount so that the transfer can be made.

How to update the ARC number?

If you would like to update the ARC number, please contact the IKI Toko Helpdesk via Whatsapp at +886 928699963 or via LINE ID @ikitaiwan to get help. Please read IKI Toko terms and conditions, you must give a good reason why you want to renew the ARC number otherwise we can’t help you.

My account is blocked

When you enter the Password incorrectly 3 times in a row, the system will blocked your account automatically. If the account is blocked, please contact the IKI Toko Helpdesk via Whatsapp at +886 928699963 or through line ID @ikitaiwan to get help.

How to use IKI AKU?

1) Download IKI AKU apps in google playstore

2) Fill register form with personal data and identity document (ARC)

3) Enter the OTP code sent via SMS to your mobile number

What happen if OTP is not received?

1) If you do not receive the OTP on your registered mobile number, check the following: You have good network connectivity
